Got to Gilbert’s Resort on Key Largo. Interesting little marina, motel, restaurant, tiki bar. There had been a Christmas boat parade earlier in the evening and a few of the boats were docked at the marina across from us. When we left Gilbert’s, we left the Keys. That’s the Jewfish Creek Bridge behind us; the road is Highway 1 or Overseas Highway, the only road through the Keys. The Keys run East-West, not North-South, with Key Largo the easternmost Key and Key West the westernmost.
