The Atlantic Avenue Bridge closed behind us as we left Delray Beach under a beautiful blue sky to begin the second leg of our Great Loop trip. But what a difference a few hours can make. By the time we got to Lake Worth Inlet a few hours later it wasn’t so nice; the sky was darker, the water rougher, and the port engine fuel filters needed to be changed. Not a real good start to our trip. That accomplished and we were on our way again. We stayed at Harbortown Marina in Fort Pierce our first night out.
